How it works
Have a wonderful trip!
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:
Private Flat vs. Hotel:
You are scheduled to stay in a private flat. It is not a hotel; in most cases there is no front desk. Please don’t be concerned, you are able to contact our London staff with any questions or concerns. These unique flats are located in buildings where private families live. This gives you the advantage of enjoying London like a Londoner. We do ask, however; that you be considerate of the neighbors and residents around you.
Check in/Check out time:
Typically Check-out time for all of our flats is 10:00 AM. Check-in time begins at 12:00 Noon. We can individually try to accommodate early check-in/late checkout for individual circumstances but these cannot be guaranteed.
Reference code vs. Property Address:
The property reference code is only our website identification code used to protect the actual address of the property. Once your booking is processed, the full address and phone number of the property are provided to you. You will find this information on your invoice/receipt.
Amenities provided in all flats:
There are certain items that are provided in all of our properties. These items include: a hair dryer per bathroom, iron/ironing board, linens, towels, soap, dish and paper towels, toilet paper. The kitchen is also well stocked with cooking utensils and dining dishes.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE:
London Connection is happy to offer transportation from the airport to your flat. The cost of this service is 55GBP from Heathrow and 75GBP from Gatwick for up to 5 people. We ask that you move as quickly as possible through Customs and meet the driver in the Arrival Hall. The driver is holding a sign with your last name on it.
A 30 pound charge is required to reschedule a missed appointment. We go the extra mile to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable arrival to your flat.
A London Connection team member will orient you to the flat. They will provide instructions on how to use the washer/dryer and other appliances that may be different from what you are familiar with. Feel free to ask questions and make sure you understand everything you are told. We ask that you please turn off the lights, close the windows, and lock the flat when you leave to enjoy the city. Make sure you take the keys with you!
