We love to have guest provide us with an insider’s scoop on places that you must try, things you must do, and food you must eat in London.  Our guests often tell us of a new place or an old favorite that they loved in London. We are happy to share their great finds with you.

Located in Covent Garden our guests also recommend trying the Balthazar Boulangerie next door where they have pastries,  artisan bread and more.  Balthazar London is located on the corner of Russell Street and Wellington Street in the heart of Covent Garden

 

Hawksmoore

There are 4 locations but our guest recommend the one near Seven Dials.  They have “Excellent Steaks”

 

Zefferano

Regional Italian by Chef Andrew Needham in the Sloane Square area. Zafferano first opened in Belgravia in 1995.

The Antelope

This pub is great for everyone including those with a family.  They offer board games and free WiFi so you can be comfortable with even your smallest travelers.

TEA AT CHESTEFIELDS

They have several different options here including vegetarian and Gluten free teas.  They also offer a Prince and Princess Tea for little ones which includes choices popular with children.

Kensington Palace

What could be more fun than tea in a Historic Royal Palace.  They offer more than 10 speciality teas along with an elegant display of handmade cakes etc.

The Fan Museum in Greenwich

This is an amazing value for the money.  The atmosphere is so “English.” Times are limited and you should definitely make reservations ahead as the seatings are small and intimate.
