This small Victorian building has been restored to a high standard with four London Connection vacation apartments, all reached by either the staircase or by lift directly into each flat. This particular flat is on the third floor, is bright with lots of natural light, and is perfect for two guests using one bedroom. The LIFT comes into the long hall which is decorated with an enormous British flag from the battlefields of World War I, still with its original holes and signs of beautiful age. The LOUNGE has a sofa, excellent lighting, comfortable seating, dining table for four, and four beautiful 1720 early Georgian chairs. The walls are neutral and are a beautiful backdrop to a large collection of paintings in beautiful gilt frames which have been gathered by London Connection over the years. The KITCHEN has fridge/freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher, and all necessary cooking supplies, dishes, and table accessories. Open plan kitchen/lounge makes dining and snacking very convenient with a small bar and large kitchen marble counter. The MASTER BEDROOM is comfortable, good size, and lined with closet space and offers a large UK KING size bed, side tables, good lighting, and wonderful paintings. The EN SUITE BATHROOM has a great shower over the tub, wash hand basin, mirror, and loo — all recently completely refitted. The washing machine is in the bathroom closet. It’s perfect! There is an additional HALF BATHROOM in the hall with sink, mirror, and loo — a rare find in a one bedroom vacation rental in London and very convenient! The location, the quality of the flat itself, the proximity to conveniences, transportation, the quality of the contents — this is indeed a perfect London apartment. It has just been redecorated throughout and is beautiful. Excellent choice.
