3-33 Haymarket | Piccadilly

This is exciting, believe me! To stay in a 3-bedroom accommodation in the heart of Haymarket for a visit to London has to be fabulous. Her Majesty’s Theater is just down the street. Theatre Royal is just a few doors down from this flat. One evening, you can see PHANTOM OF THE OPERA and the next evening you must see Ralph Fiennes in the TEMPEST–all just out your door. Wander to your corner and turned left, and you will be right in the heart of Piccadilly Circus; turn right and you are in Leicester Square. For theater people, you are right in the midst of it all–and I mean all. THIS IS THE REAL LONDON where you can walk everywhere, avoiding taxi costs and long tube rides. Exciting stuff.

The accommodation itself is on the first floor, one flight of stairs, over a very historic shop. There are three bedrooms, built in cupboards, and lots of light. The MASTER BEDROOM is to the back of the building and has a UK Super King size bed and an EN SUITE BATHROOM–perfect! The SECOND AND THIRD BEDROOMS are UK King size beds and share the SECOND BATHROOM which has shower, tub, wash hand basin, and loo. The KITCHEN is fantastic with all machines including washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster–everything. There is a great deal of work space. The LOUNGE has been redone; it is a large space, lots of light, comfortable furniture, and interesting wall photos of London. It is colorful and very comfortable and the sofa has a foldaway bed. Even though you are in the heart of London, you will not realize this when inside the property because all the windows have double glazing. Wow! This is a fabulous opportunity. Open the door, and there is London, ready for a visit. When considering the budget, size, and incredible location, this is an outstanding option. I love it. Really exciting. High speed wireless internet is included. Property is designated non-smoking.

Lovely, close to everything, clean, and comfortable!!
We loved our nine days in this 3 bedroom apartment with nice kitchen for light meals, and a plethora of restaurant choices out and about. Our days were filled with all of the sights and sounds of Piccadilly and a lot of the surrounding areas. I would recommend to anyone! Thank you Thomas Moore for allowing us to stay in your lovely flat for nine days! Made beautiful memories with family!!

We had a great time. The flat was clean, and in a great location. We will be back again next year.

The trip was great. The apartment was excellent, well located and made things very easy for us. We were able to see 2 premier league matches and 1/2 a rugby match in between (along with many sites).

I will definitely use the apartment again next time I am in London.

Our stay was wonderful! Thanks so much!

The stay was awesome, and the apartment location was as well. We really enjoyed it, and would stay there again, absolutely!

The Haymarket flat was very spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent for Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square TKTS booth, theaters, and many attractions. Other positive points: 1/2 block to tube, Wi-Fi connection was easy and worked great in the lounge, flat on 1st floor so not too many stairs to climb, nice counter space in bathrooms for toiletries, liked having a dishwasher, beds were low to ground but comfortable (I slept very well), double set of windows kept night time street noise to a minimum, plenty of natural light and light fixtures, 2 full baths a plus, kitchen was stocked with all essential small appliances and utensils. Nice to have a bowl of extra chargers-but didn’t need to use any. Greatly appreciated the basket of guide books and local information, and especially the light switch outside of the door so we could see to unlock the flat at night!

Overall, very nice stay. It was a plus not to have to deal with pounds for rental, or with security deposits.

We had a wonderful time in both London and Paris. The Haymarket flat could not have been better located. We found the Tube very convenient when the sights were not within walking distance. We also found taxis very affordable if you just don’t want to deal with the tube. Whole Foods and Tesco were so close that you could pick up a few things on your way back to the flat. We were met promptly and the flat was very clean.

Being able to spend a short while with the family relaxing after the day’s events is a great way to be together with your feet up with wine, those wonderful English cheeses and bread or crackers makes a great way to unwind before dinner. Having breakfast in the flat was a great way to save as we find restaurants pretty pricey.

We had a fantastic time in London. The apartment was perfect. Plenty of room for my family of 5, which is rare in London. It could not have been more centrally located with us being able to watch the bustling crowds of Piccadilly circus from our window. It was great also to able to take short walks to so many things. We were met on arrival at the airport and then again at the apartment making our arrival very easy and a pleasant experience. The apartment itself was very well presented and had everything we needed. We would happily recommend it and certainly stay there again.

The apartment on Haymarket was wonderful. It fit our family’s needs precisely. The location at Piccadilly Circus was perfect. It was convenient to Whole Foods, Soho, Chinatown, and the theaters. We had a delicious dinner in Chinatown, attended Phantom of the Opera at Her Majesty’s Theatre, enjoyed afternoon Mad Hatter tea at the Sanderson, and went to dinner at two amazing Indian restaurants — a Japanese, and an Italian as well. We simply ate a lot. In between, we did all the touristy stuff — Big Ben, St. Paul Cathedral, Westminster, London Towers, etc. The museums were great – we visited the British Museum, the Natural History, and Tate Modern. We walked and tubed every where and minded the gap… The apartment was perfect — we had breakfast in every morning which made for a good day’s start. Ricardo was great — gave us a thorough orientation upon our arrival. The car service was punctual and courteous from and to the airport. Everything worked out very well. We will certainly use your apartment rental and car services the next time we visit London

We had a FANTASTIC time in London and absolutely loved the location of this flat. This is a great spot and convenient to everything. We walked to Piccadilly Circus (right outside the door), Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, etc. Whole Foods and Tesco is a short walk away. All of the mgmt. was excellent. 6 adults (3 couples) stayed for 5 nights. We would definitely recommend!

Great location. Easy access to all of London. Tesco store being so close made food shopping very easy. The flat with its three bedrooms was perfect for our group of three couples. Kitchen had everything we needed and being able to do some wash was terrific after being on the road for a few weeks. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend this flat.

Absolutely wonderful. We were traveling with 3 kids and the size of the flat was perfect for the 5 of us. The apartment was clean, well-appointed, and had a very modern feel. We took full advantage of the washing machine and kitchen.

The awesome location cannot be over-emphasized. Great dining options nearby, convenient grocery shopping a block away, (Tesco, Whole Foods), and so many tourist destinations are only a short walk. Our touristy highlights included the Churchill War Rooms, the British Museum, the London Eye, Westminster Abby, and St Paul’s Cathedral, all of which were within easy walking distance (including the 500+ steps to the top of St Paul’s… a good way to start the day). We also caught a City Cruises ride on the Thames from the London Eye to Greenwich (and back) for a visit to the Royal Observatory and to stand astride the Prime Meridian. We did opt for a trip on the Tube for our tour of the Tower of London.

The closest thing to a complaint we could find is with the wireless internet connection. Our family of iPhones and iPads overwhelmed the connection, but the fix was to simply reboot the modem, which we did on multiple occasions. #firstworldproblems

The let-in person was helpful, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. We also took advantage of their driver, who made great conversation on the state of English football on our trip to Heathrow.

Our friends recommended this flat based on their stay the previous year and they were spot on. It’s hard to imagine a better location. The flat at 3-33 Coventry will be our first choice on our next trip to London.

Very professional operation right from the airport pickup. The apartment was large enough to accommodate 3 adult couples, great sized bedrooms, a cosy living area and a well appointed kitchen with a washer/dryer. Fabulous central location for exploring London close to transport, attractions, restaurants & a Tescos just down the road. A great place to stay.

    14. Michael Fokschaner

Great location. Well furnished flat, everything we needed was on hand. This shows the owners-managers have experience and are trying to accomodate guests the best possible way.
One drawback we couldn’t lay our hand on was a hum in the Master bedroom. Either a waterpump coming on and off when upstairs neighbors were drawing water, or maybe something else.
We got used to it eventually.

    15. Mary

Wonderful location. Easy access to the tube. Quick walk to Tesco. Clean, good beds.great kitchen. Booking easy and reliable. Will work with London Connections again.
Thanks we had a fabulous time.

After many trips to London through the years, staying at high-end hotels (and paying the prices that come with them), this was our first time to venture into renting a “home flat”…and what a great experience it was!!! We could not have been happier with the warm welcome & service we received from the London Connection staff, as well as the comfort of having our “own place” in a fabulous area of London. Most everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance, and when needed, taxis were always readily available just outside the flat. One thing to be aware of if you are using any kind of car service, is that because of the Bus Stop on Haymarket, there is NO STOPPING directly in front of the flat…you have to instruct your driver to park & wait just down the block (not a big problem, but needs to be communicated ahead!).
We will positively use London Connection again when we are next in the city, and look forward to being in “our flat” again soon!

    17. Jackie

Wonderful location and fantastic flat. We loved being able to walk to the theater and restaurants. Both Maureen and David were professional and entertaining.

    18. Jeanne

We loved our stay at 3-33 Coventry Street —- it was very comfortable, beautifully appointed and the absolute perfect location. Normally, when we visit London, we spend a lot of money on taxis or the tube but this time virtually everything was in walking distance. We were also amazed at how quiet our bedrooms were in spite of the fact that we were in the middle of a very busy Piccadilly Circus. We thoroughly enjoyed David —- it was so nice to have him pick us up at the airport and transport us to our place after such a long and tiring journey. All in all, it was a great place to stay — everything at our fingertips. We would love to come back again and would recommend it to others. Thanks so much for being so professional.

    19. Brenda

We had a lovely stay at 3-33 Coventry. The check in person was very helpful (especially when we got lost on the way to the apartment!) and the location was perfect for our stay. The apartment was just as expected – very chic, nicely furnished, fantastic location and clean.

As far as our highlights visiting London, there were many, especially in only 4 days, but the kids’ favorites were a tour of Royal London with Fat Tire bike tours and visiting the Harry Potter studios outside of London. This apartment location was also fantastic because one day we bought last minute discount tickets at Leicester Square for Phantom of the Opera, playing at a beautiful theater just a block from our apartment.

Thanks again, we have already recommended London Connections to friends and won’t hesitate to contact you again if we have the good fortune of being back in London.

    20. Cathy

Our stay in London was fantastic. It was the perfect location and the apartment was wonderful. It had everything we needed. We cooked in some nights and ate out other nights. The ribs place right next door had fantastic food. It was one of the more expensive restaurants that we visited but the food was really good.

We found that everything we wanted to see was within walking distant but found the London Bicycle system the best thing. We used it nearly every day. We only purchased it day by day but next time we come to London we would use the 7 day rate. There is a bike docking station down the street from the apartment.
Our favourite places to visit were the London Eye even though I didn’t expect it to be and we all voted that Saint Paul’s Cathedral was by far the best place we went throughout our whole visit to London & Europe. We climbed all the way to the top which is a definite must.

    21. Tina

we loved the flat and loved the location. it was very clean and very comfortable and modern. we will definitely come back again!

thank you for everything…beginning to end was so professional and a pleasure to work with.

    22. Alison

We absolutely loved the location, the apartment was very comfortable for five people including the beds. The bedroom sizes were wonderful, love the storage and all the hangers. Loved the docking station for the I-pod in the master bedroom. The washing machine dryer came in very handy. The grocery store down the street was a great location. Your driver David and Ricardo the greeter were very nice in getting us settled. Ricardo said to get our food from Harrods and he was absolutely right. Wonderful food! Christina did a wonderful job making arrangements for us getting from the airport and to the train station. We did have one question for Christina during our stay and she had the answer in a short few minutes. Your team did a wonderful job. We had a wonderful time in London and would definitely come back. Thank you so much for the opportunity of renting your flat.

    23. Tom

We really enjoyed the property. It was amazingly convenient to transportation, shopping, and restaurants. It was cozy and comfortable and we would definitely stay there again.

    24. Andrea

We had a WONDERFUL stay! The apartment is well located, clean, bright and comfortable. It was perfect for our family. While there is street noise, which is to be expected given the central location, it was not as bad as I thought it would be. We would definitely stay again! The location had something for everyone. Perfect place to stay with our teenagers. Everything was within walking distance. We had a spectacular time!

    25. Adrian

Thank you very much for the property that you allowed us to stay in. The location was fabulous, it was clean and very comfortable with all the facilities that we needed. The service was above and beyond from being picked up at the airport to helping us to move to our next location.
I gladly recommend you to anyone staying in London and I would definitely rebook if am ever fortunate to be able to visit again.

    26. Ruth

The property that we stayed in was actually 33 Haymarket. The location was superb, so close to Piccadilly tube station, Leicester Square, Covent Garden, Regents Street, Oxford Street; we actually walked to a lot of the places we wanted to visit. The flat was well appointed, comfortable, very tastefully furnished, and supplied with everything we needed for our stay. It was very handy having the Tesco Express store just across the road for groceries.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay in London, and any issues we had with the flat did not detract from our stay. We would certainly look at staying with London Connection again if we visit London again and would recommend London Connection to others.

    27. Susan

Cristina was wonderful. I did manage to find her email and she was here waiting for us. We are delighted with both the condition and location of the flat and are walking our legs off all over London. Thank you so much for all your help. It can be quite scary trying to arrange accommodation from so far away but this has worked out just fine.
